Cancellation Policy

Station Reservation Policy Effective Date: January 2025 At Salon Kulture Suites LLC, we are committed to providing a seamless and professional environment for all of our team members and beauty professionals. To ensure fairness, organization, and optimal use of our space, we have implemented the following policy for reserving hair styling stations online. 1. Eligibility Reservations are available to: Licensed professionals affiliated with the salon. Approved renters, contractors, or team members with active agreements. Guest stylists with prior management approval. 2. Reservation Process All reservations must be made through our official online booking platform: www.salonkvltvre.com Stations may be reserved up to 30 days in advance and no later than 24 hours prior to the desired time slot. Same-day reservations may be permitted if space is available, but must be confirmed via management. 3. Time Blocks Stations may be reserved in daily blocks. Maximum reservation is 12 hours per day per stylist unless otherwise approved. All set-up and clean-up time must be included within the reserved time block. 4. Liability Insurance Requirement All stylists reserving stations are required to carry active professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence. A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted before the first reservation is approved. The certificate must name Salon Kulture Suites LLC as the Certificate Holder at the following address: Salon Kulture Suites LLC 2790 E Flamingo Rd Ste C/D Las Vegas, NV 89121 It is the technician's responsibility to maintain active coverage and submit updated COIs prior to expiration. 5. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. A $25 no-show fee will be charged for any reservation not canceled within the appropriate time frame. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension of reservation privileges. 6. Station Use Expectations Stylists must arrive on time and vacate the station promptly at the end of their reserved time. Stations must be left clean and sanitized in accordance with salon health and safety guidelines. All personal and professional items must be removed at the end of each session. This policy is subject to change at the management's discretion. Updates will be communicated via email and posted on salon's official booking portal.
